What is the Magathium Emotional Intelligence Analysis (MEIA) Quiz?
The MEIA quiz is a tool designed to help businesses understand their customers better. By answering a few simple questions, you’ll help identify the personalities of your customers and how they connect with brands. The results will provide insights into who your customers are and how to communicate with them more effectively.
How Does the Quiz Work?
- Focus on Your Customers: As you take the quiz, think about your customers—their behaviors, preferences, and personalities. Imagine the typical traits and characteristics that best describe them.
- Rate the Adjectives: You'll see a series of adjectives (like "curious," "reliable," or "adventurous"). Rate each one on a scale from 1 to 5: 1 = "Strongly Disagree" (this doesn’t describe your customers at all) 5 = "Strongly Agree" (this perfectly describes your customers)
- Be Honest and Clear: Answer based on your real perception of your customers—not what you think they should be like. There are no right or wrong answers; just go with what feels true.
What Happens After the Quiz?
When you’re done, you’ll see two customer profiles based on your responses. These profiles will describe the key traits of your customers and how they might relate to brands. This will give you a better understanding of who your customers are and how you can connect with them more effectively.
Tip for Success
Before starting the quiz, take a moment to think about the customers you serve. Picture their habits, attitudes, and personalities. As you go through the quiz, focus on the adjective presented to you and ask yourself:
- Does this adjective describe my customer?
- How strongly do these traits match the way my customers behave or interact with brands?
Please note: This is not a timed exercise, and there are no right or wrong answers. On average, the quiz should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
It is important to answer the questions truthfully. If you’re unsure about a particular adjective or question, trust your gut instinct and choose the response that feels most accurate.
